Shipping Policies

BOOK SHIPPING? PRINT SHIPPING?

Due to the way prints and books are packaged separately, we offer different shipping rates depending on what you've ordered. 

PRINT SHIPPING is a shipping method for prints only - your prints will ship wrapped in paper and carefully rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube. If you order more than five prints at a time, the shipping rate will reflect the cost of having to send two (or more) poster tubes, as only five prints can fit safely in a single tube.

BOOK SHIPPING is a shipping method for books only - the books will ship reinforced with cardboard and wrapped in a manner to protect them best. 

PRINT AND BOOK SHIPPING is for orders that contain prints and books, which will have to ship as two separate packages as described above. 

 

SHIPPING ORIGINAL ART

From time to time we will be able to sell original art pieces on our site. While packaging will vary from piece to piece, they will ship heavily padded and fully insured with delivery confirmation. All original art sales are final. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship everything within 1-3 business days via the US Postal Service with delivery confirmation.

Virginia residents are subject to sales tax. 
If your order comes back to us marked "Return To Sender," we can either refund the cost of the item minus shipping, or you can pay to have it re-shipped to an alternate address
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship everything within 1-3 business days via US Postal Service. 
Please note that you may be charged customs fees when receiving your order; this varies according to country and is beyond our control. 
RETURNS
Order the wrong thing by mistake? No worries - it happens! Please contact us and we can sort it out. Please include your name and order number so we can get you sorted. 
Did we mess up your order and send you the wrong product? Please contact us and we will fix it as soon as possible at no additional cost to you. Please include your name and order number so we can make it right. 
Did your poster arrive damaged? In spite of our best efforts, this can happen from time to time. Please contact us and we can arrange to have a replacement sent to you (if one is available) and to have the original sent back to us. Please keep in mind that minute variations in the print are part of the screen printing process, and may not be considered defective/damaged. Occasionally, there may be marks on the back of the poster that occur during the printing process that aren't visible from the front - since these will never be seen when the poster is displayed, these are typically not considered defective/damaged, either.
